At Shyam Precast, our compound walls are crafted using high-grade concrete with a low water-cement (w/c) ratio, ensuring superior durability and strength. The concrete is poured into steel mechanized precast molds, with preplaced and securely fastened rebar providing structural integrity. To achieve homogeneity and eliminate trapped air, form vibrators are employed during the process. Once the concrete sets, the product is stripped from the mold, which is then reused efficiently.
For customized designs, FRP sheets are integrated with the molds, allowing us to create unique patterns tailored to our customers’ requirements.

At Shyam Precast, the foundation is meticulously designed based on soil parameters, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. Depending on the requirements, either a pile foundation or an eccentric foundation is cast on-site. Once the foundation is ready, precast columns are placed and securely wet-joined into the foundation.
To accommodate variations in land topography, we manufacture columns of varying heights, maintaining the top level of the precast compound wall or incorporating backfill to raise the ground level as needed. Precast panels are then carefully slid into the grooves provided in the columns, completing the structure seamlessly.
For projects requiring additional functionality, we offer the option to integrate the compound wall with a retaining wall. This creates a monolithic structure capable of retaining soil while serving as a robust boundary wall.
