We cast either a pile foundation or an eccentric foundation on-site depending on the requirements. Once we have prepared the foundation, we place and securely wet-join precast columns into it.
To accommodate variations in land topography, we manufacture columns of varying heights to maintain the top level of the precast compound wall or incorporate backfill to raise the ground level as needed. We then carefully slide precast panels into the grooves provided in the columns, completing the structure seamlessly.
For projects requiring additional functionality, we offer the option to integrate the compound wall with a retaining wall. This creates a monolithic structure capable of retaining soil while serving as a robust boundary wall.
